Kiwi!

Jane told me about this video, crying
because she thought the poor Kiwi was making a slingshot or something
and it hadn’t worked.

I explained what he was trying to do
and we watched it again, together.

“Oh,” she said. “Oh!”

She’s convinced that he was smart enough to have thought of a big pillow at the bottom.

I’m convinced that even if he didn’t, the little guy thought it was totally worth it.

Not Perfect

Brilliant Dangerdust

Dangerdust are two anonymous college students at the Columbus College of Art & Design who last year decided to fill a chalkboard with a beautifully drawn quote. It’s now a weekly project, with its own website.

These are stunning pieces of art that, in my opinion, match the chosen quotes perfectly.

Go look at ’em.  I’ll wait.
