Random Thursday (ˈrandəm ˈTHərzdā): the day on which Sarah plunks down all the odd bits and pieces she’s been sent by friends or has otherwise stumbled upon this week in an effort to avoid writing a real post, the assembly of which usually ends up taking twice as much time as sitting down and creating actual content.
Several of you thought I needed a little inspiration these past few weeks.
Y’all weren’t wrong.
Thanks!

Grant Snyder’s Incidental Comics are amazing.
I especially like his poetry stuff .
Yes, you do have the time to read through these.
Go on.

Not Perfect
But Mr. Minchin’s stuff comes pretty damn close.
I also suggest “Rock and Roll Nerd”
to anyone who is still plugging away at what they want to do
despite the odds or oddities.
We aren’t alone, y’all.

Brilliant Dangerdust
Dangerdust are two anonymous college students at the Columbus College of Art & Design who last year decided to fill a chalkboard with a beautifully drawn quote. It’s now a weekly project, with its own website.
These are stunning pieces of art that, in my opinion, match the chosen quotes perfectly.
Go look at ’em. I’ll wait.
(thanks Watson and caitlin!)

Inspirations by Escher
as envisioned by Cristóbal Vila.
If this doesn’t move you, I don’t know what would.
