Random Thursday (ˈrandəm ˈTHərzdā): the day on which Sarah plunks down all the odd bits and pieces she’s been sent by friends or has otherwise stumbled upon in an effort to avoid writing a real post, the assembly of which usually ends up taking twice as much time as sitting down and creating actual content.
How weird is it that I received two Star Wars Venns on the same day from two different people, and a video from a third a day later? Is this a Force thing? Or do you all know each other?
Or do I have one follower with three online identities? Do they know each other?

Star War ROCKS!!!
And so does OneMinuteGalatica. Guys, I laughed so hard I cried.
Part of this is because I am a simple people, but mostly it was the funny.
Interjections is pretty good, too!
(Thanks, Kev!)

Via Siobhan, who used to sign her name siobHAN(Solo) until her sophomore year at Miami and admitted later that she’d only just dropped the Mrs. after she was accepted to an American college. So that she would appear more sophisticated.
And that, Vannie, is for telling Chris about the vodka thing.
And for Double Dog Daring me to write that stupid Wookie Song and letting Russ call me Auntie Weenie anyway.
Revenge is mine.
At least partially.

Best Conspiracy Video EVER
Graham Putnam is a genius. According to his description, he wanted to create a cautionary satire of amateur journalist ‘exposes’ like “Loose Change.
He succeeded beautifully—but he also made one of the funniest Star Wars spoofs I’ve ever seen:

*Or, for the sake of indyclause’s blood pressure, “The Random For Which You are Looking.” Maybe? Indy?
Do not massacre the Star Wars quote that I use all the time (mostly for the look of joy on my husband’s face when I use it) by considering its grammar. That’s the official Indy Clause line. An overconcern for grammar shall not interfere with humor or effectiveness in informal writing.
(My Venn diagram is nerd/editor/poet/married to an even bigger nerd)
Whew—that’s a relief, Indy!
(my Venn is made of two separate circles labeled “Common Sense” and “Stuff I Say Out Loud”)
Hahaha. Another Venn of mine is one circle that says “Stuff I Say Out Loud”.
My contribution to the geek roundup:

My kids already speak in code . . .
Aw, the video links have both been disabled. The force must be strong with the jedi internet police. But–only two years to wait for the new movie!!
The videos work for us, Sherry—maybe refresh your browser?
Or try this: http://youtu.be/2dvv-Yib1Xg

Looks like I needed to update Java…
That Geek/Nerd diagram is a total gem.
But I do have to say, as someone who did not previously know what “Loose Change” is, I’m kind of bummed that I now know.
Yeah, sometimes ignorance is bliss for our side, too . . .
“Shoot firsty” is now my favorite adjective EVER!
Mine, too—followed by “Blue Uppy”! 😀
